🏃 Welcome to the Tanaka Elementary Dragon Run! 🎉

Our annual DRAGON RUN and Donation Drive is back and more fun than ever!

It’s all about staying active, having fun, and raising funds to support our amazing school! No door-to-door selling and no products to deliver — just family and friends supporting our students.

❤️ Our Goal

Funds raised will support student educational improvements and other school wish-list items!

🏃 Dragon Run Day

On September 18, 2026, students will walk, jog, and run their hearts out on our special Fun Run course right here on campus!

Family and friends near and far can join the fun by making a donation in support of your student. Let’s make this our biggest and best fundraiser yet!

Rewards! The more you raise the more you earn!  All Reward levels are Cumulative! 

Rocket Rider: At Least $20 Raised

Space Wristband (come to the front office and high-five administration)

Dragon Run T-Shirt, which will be delivered before the Dragon Run and can be worn during the event

Students must reach this incentive by 9/10/26 to ensure they receive their T-shirt before the Dragon Run. Any student reaching this incentive after 9/11/26 is not guaranteed to receive a shirt prior to the Dragon Run.

Moon Walker: At Least $40 Raised

Space Wristband & Collectible Keychain

Starlight Strider: At Least $50 Raised

Run Through the Halls with the Tanaka Principal & Assistant Principals

Comet Chaser: At Least $100 Raised

SOAKED — Students will be able to get our staff SOAKED!!

Space Wristband & Collectible Keychain, A Galaxy Stress Ball PLUS

SLIME — Students with the Galaxy Stress Ball will be able to SLIME our DRAGONS!

Orbit Navigator: At Least $500 Raised

Space Wristband & Collectible Keychain, PLUS

Field Trip to the Lion Habitat on October 28th!

Cosmic Commander: At Least $1,000 Raised

Students will be able to be PRINCIPAL or ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL FOR THE DAY!!
